Natalie Guo received her degree in Bachelor of Arts (major in Business English and minor in Business Chinese) with Academic Excellence Award from Assumption University, the first international university of Thailand. Prior to her bachelor degree, she has five years of educational background in Design field; a Vocational Certificate in Design and a Diploma in Visual Communication Arts.
She has versatile working experience in various job functions and several different industries in both Thailand and Singapore.
Natalie joined DP Dental in 2009 initially as Personal Assistant to Managing Director. Being a flexible and versatile team member, her roles at DP Dental have changed tremendously over the years. She was at one point in charge of accounting data and general administration and later on she was handling design and marketing collaterals as a Marketing Executive while coordinating on business administration and business development matters as well as answering email and phone queries from patients as Patient Care Coordinator. After years of working experience at DP Dental, she was invited to join in candidate selection process and interviews as an HR Executive.
She has recently been appointed as a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager as her HR roles and level of responsibilties have become more specialized to serve the full scope of HR functions; from recruitment, interview, candidate selection process, orientation and training programs, team’s skills and personal development and team engagement.
What she loves about working at DP Dental is the opportunity to learn new things and create new things and being able to make a difference, especially in recruitment, people development, training programs and improvement projects.
She is able to communicate fluently in 3 languages: English, Chinese and Thai. Learning languages have played a major part in her life-changing experience and therefore, she also enjoys teaching languages to others as well.
In her free time, she enjoys reading inspirational articles, watching romantic comedy movies, cooking new and healthy recipes, learning new skills and spending quality time with her family.
