Patient Relations Team
At DP Dental, we believe it is important to understand what our patients want as well as to let our patients have a profound understanding of their dental treatment plans suggested by our dentists, which is why we have many designated patient relations executives at reception area to be there for you and able to spend time with you to answer all the enquiries you may have in detail. They act as a liaison between our doctors and patients, ensuring that patients who call, email, or walk-in with enquiries will always have their concerns addressed in a caring and gentle manner.
Dental Surgery Assistant Team
Dental surgery assistant team has the most number of team members and many of them used to practice as a dentist in their home country and the rest of our dental surgery assistants are very passionate about their job and committed to ensure our patients’ comfort throughout their treatment.
Business Development Team
We have a dedicated business development team to take care of all other aspects of our business (eg. Business Development, Business Administration, HR, Recruitment, Finance, Accounting, Training, Design and etc.) so the rest of our team members can concentrate on what they do best in all the clinical aspects to provide quality service and dental care to our patients.
